Director Aslı Akdağ, who won the Special Jury Award at the Golden Orange Film Festival and the Best Documentary Film Award at the Ankara Film Festival, was at our university with her film Expecting a Grain of Sand. After the screening of the film, director Aslı Akdağ answered our questions at the event that took place on April 28, 2022 at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Directorate of Culture. Akdağ gave information about the documentary filmmaking process and autobiographical documentary. At the end of the event, our Head of Department Assoc. Prof. Nihan Gider Işıkman presented her with a certificate of appreciation and a souvenir.
