Filmmaking Program hosted designer and illustrator Bahadır Yazıcı at Prof. Dr. Abdullah Demirtaş Hall on 12 March. Students from Fine Arts, Design and Architecture Faculty and Communication Faculty attended the event that Bahadır Yazıcı shared his experiences on cinema graphic.

Bahadır Yazıcı, who is still working as a graphic designer and animator at TRT, was the winner of the 29th International Film Festival poster competition. Yazıcı, who designed many films’ and series’ credits and titles, was also assigned 3D animator at several projects.

Yazıcı, who presented examples from his works to students at the event, shared his experience on details of the film production process. The designer, who remarked the importance of the pre-production stage, gave useful advice to students for their work life. The event, that Fine Arts, Design and Architecture and Communication Faculties students welcomed warmly, was ended with answering the questions about education life and sector.
