Special effects makeup artist Dr. Yeşim Arsoy, well-known with her important plastic and performing artworks and designs, has met with Başkent University Film Making students. After her presentation about the usages of special effects and makeup in cinema, she showed how daily supplies such as flour, vaseline, and lipstick were utilized for creating wounds, scars and other anatomical alterations. Students prepared their own effect paste by combining necessary ingredients and they replicated the special makeup effects done during the workshop on themselves.
